Regular Bridge Programme

Regular Bridge Programme Pre-dealt hands are used at all duplicate sessions. Hand records available at the end of every session and print-outs of results within a few minutes Visitors are welcome at all sessions. No partner required for many sessions (as shown below)- a spare available to play if needed Bridgemate table top scorers are used for most sessions.
Monday	9.30 to 12.30	Improve your Bridge Intended for Improvers. A Duplicate Bridge session of 18 to 20 hands, with hand records and bidding suggestions provided. No partner required	£5.00 each
Monday	7.30 to 9.30	Supervised Play for Beginners A cross between a play session and a lesson. Play selected hands with supervision and help. No need to book and no partner required	£6.00 each
Monday	7.30 to 11.00	Burnham Bridge Club Usually Duplicate Pairs. Occasional Teams of Four, Swiss pairs and special events. See Burnham Bridge Club web site for programme details.	£4.00 Burnham members £5.00 others
Tuesday	11.00 to 3.15	SBBC Duplicate Pairs with break for lunch	£5.00 each
Tuesday	7.30 to 10.30	SBBC Tuesday Club A friendly session for less experienced players, normally playing 22 hands. Hand Records provided include suggested bidding and lead.	£5.00 each
Wednesday	1.30 to 4.30	Supervised Play A cross between a play session and a lesson. Play selected hands with supervision and help. No need to book and no partner required.	£5.00 each
Wednesday	7.30 to 10.30	SBBC Wednesday Club A friendly duplicate pairs playing 20 or 21 hands. Hand records provided include suggested bidding and lead. No partner required	£5.00 each
Thursday	1.15 to 4.30	No Fear Duplicate For novices and improving players. Hand records provided with suggested bidding. No partner required	£5.00 each
Thursday	7.30 to 10.30	SBBC Duplicate Pairs Good standard friendly Pairs playing about 24 boards. Scoring on the night as for other sessions. Host director - no partner required	£5.00 each
Friday	10.30 to 2.30	SBBC Duplicate Pairs with break for lunch No partner required	£5.00 each
Sunday	2.30 to 8.00	Sunday Swiss Pairs (once a month only - see dates below). 6 rounds of 6 boards. First Prize of £100 and other prizes 2008: 17 Feb, 20 April, 18 May, 22 June, 20 July, 14 Sept, 19 Oct, 14 Dec and Tuesday 30 Dec daytime start 11.00am - 5pm	£12.00 each including sandwiches & cakes.
